Hi, I'm Nick Wang.

I'm a Mathematics and Statistics student at the University of Oxford interested in software engineering, machine learning, and quantitative finance. I enjoy building systems and models that turn theory into practical solutions, with a focus on performance, scalability, and data-driven thinking.

My work spans full-stack development, applied machine learning, and quantitative research, and I'm particularly interested in how these areas intersect. I like approaching problems from first principles and care about understanding how things work under the hood—not just using them.

When I'm not at a computer, I enjoy chess, poker, badminton and guitar.
